I didn't see this in the patch notes..is this being fixed? I'm referring to the next rank of frost bolt for mages, rank 12 frost bolt. The damage increase is nonexsistent. I thought i had read something to the effect that this was going to be fixed on tuesday, but i can't find that post anymore. Can i get some confirmation and maybe even a st icky? On another topic, mages are getting a slight nerf, and a slight buff, this might alleviate concerns...at least this one thing is getting fixed.

We're currently planning to raise the damage a slight amount in a future patch. I believe the intention is the patch after 2.0.6 but I don't have any confirmation on that as of yet. The rank 12 version is intended to be a lesser increase over the rank 11 than previous ranks as we're sort of resetting where we want the damage to be for the spell moving forward, it wasn't however intended to actually be lower. Raising it is going to make the increase from rank 11 a little bigger (ie actually exist), and the increase going to rank 13 a little smaller.

Hrm, well technically rank 13 isn't going to be "weaker". Rank 11 and rank 13 are staying where they are, rank 12 is just being pushed out father in between them. Rank 13 will therefore just be a smaller increase over 12 than it was before, not actually weaker.
