Subject: Badges of justice in kara and za

Won't putting badges in these two instances kind of defeat the purpose of running heroics, especially the tougher heroic instances where the boss loot remains the same?

Adding Badges of Justice to Karazhan and Zul'Aman are just additional ways to pick them up. People who run these dungeons will probably have free time outside of them as well if they want to pick up more. I guess it depends on how much you want the new items.
