With the new caster items coming out. Casters are becoming more and more powerful. I mean easy items to get. As a hunter i have mix feelings about this. I am sad that they are buffing casters yet nerfing warriors. This game is turning into who can 1 shot who at range the fastest. Sounds fun huh?

Itemization for melee classes is, frankly, a lot more robust than it is for casters at this point in time. We are looking to balance itemization for everyone, but melee got a bit of a head start on that. Likely, this was due to warriors being so gear dependant. There were other factors, sure, but that was one as far as I know.
Don't sweat it too much. The focus for items is shifting just a little, not dramatically.

Q u o t e: The problem lies in precisely what mages complained about for so long: epic geared mages killing poorly geared warriors with little to no effort whatsoever.
Funny thing is, mages are worried about the exact same thing from warriors.
True story.

Q u o t e: Why are people regessing back to the "I can't domminate X class in 1v1 anymore"? I thought we moved beyond that ancient and incorrect concept of how WoW PvP was designed.
Apparently not.
I'm sure this angle will come up again and again until the realms go off-line. There are a number of reasons I think this will occur, but there is no reason to list them here.
The upside being, seasoned veterans are more numerous after a length of time in a game and can thus bat down the arguements with less effort. Personally, I try to counter as many [class-to-class/spell-to-spell/ability-to-ability] comparisons as I can. Most people will try to isolate a single disadvantage to argue a more general point. Poor reasoning comes out of it more often than not.
