I was thinking of rolling a warrior and was thinking of either rolling UD or Tauren. Do UD level much faster because of there ability to cannibalize which reduces downtime? I cant decide what to roll and i might leave it up to this...

Cannibalize does help with downtime, but you should not let that be the only decision when deciding between the two. Each race makes a very attractive Warrior; The Taurens have more hit points, and they can stomp as a racial ability which is nice. Undead get extended breathe while underwater which can help you when dealing with guards and other non-ranged players, they get Cannibalize, and the females look wicked when wielding 2H Weapons.
