Currently soul link does not work with enslaved demons. This was listed as a bug on test but went live and disappeared off the know bug lists. My understanding is the bug fix was intended to fix the bug where MC controlled mobs and players could be SLed but it making SL not work on all enslaves was unintentional. This change makes enslave kind of worthless for SL locks since it makes us unable to use our 31 point talent while using it. It hurts going from the best enslave spec to one of the worst. (Seeing as how we give up the ability to get another 21 point talent in another tree for this.) [ post edited by Thaemon ]

Hard thing to correct/buff/alter without making Infernal or Doomguard a permanent summon. More of a mechanical/coding issue that SL only works on permanent pets.

This was also an issue.
