   I should explain something, perhaps.

Now, I am the Druid liaison because I am one of the most knowledgeable members of the Community Team regarding that class. I have played one up to 60 since launch and have tried various builds, fought both PvE and PvP, and filled many roles in a group. For the class, I imagine most would consider this at the least a decent qualification for being a class's advocate.

And believe me when I say I wish we had the manpower (or enough hours in the day) to play up a level 60 from the ground up of every single class and experience all that you do as the passionate community who has chosen the Warlock as your class. The fact of the matter is, however, that we have five main members of the Community Team, and there are nine classes out there. Like Eyonix with Warlocks and myself with Hunters, we are not necessarily as knowledgeable as you are when it comes to all the trials and tribulations in the class.

That is why it is all the more important that you folks give us your feedback in a calm and collected manner. We don't necessarily have that firsthand experience that you do -- help us understand the whys and wherefores. We have a decent academic understanding of all the classes and Eyonix has indeed played the Warlock class since Beta, but there's an attachment that you folks have to your main characters that fuels your passion. The better we communicate with each other, the more comprehensive the reports to the developers will be. The Druid feedback worked well not only because I play one, but because the Druids themselves posted some exquisite compilations of feedback for me that I could advocate based on my knowledge. That combination and symbiosis between myself and the Druid community worked well, and I would love to see a similar working relationship between Eyonix and yourselves.

Also, the fact that the Warlock is not Eyonix's main character does not prevent him from taking your issues to the development staff. He does -- I have seen the lists he's taken and I've heard him advocate your position. Sometimes the developers do not have a "here is what we're doing about that" answer for him, unfortunately.

Yes, you folks have been very civil. I'm stressing that such posts are your best bet in being heard, and that Eyonix did take those very concerns you cite to the developers.
