Subject: Regarding Treatment of your Liaison
   Hello everyone.

Recently there has been a great deal of hostility directed towards the online community representative that has been your champion behind the scenes. I want to address this, speak with you about it, and get it to cease.

I have personally witnessed Eyonix's efforts in getting any and all information for you in response to the questions you've posed. Since his original feedback response, he has given you a followup, researched the intended function of Dispel against Enslave Demon, and updated you in a variety of other posts. Currently he is working on information surrounding the Demonology talent tree.

In short, he has been nothing but a stellar advocate of your concerns. In his meetings and discussions with the developers he has voiced your issues in a manner that struck to the heart of the matter, and he has returned with what information he has been given. Perhaps it isn't enough for you, and I do apologize if that is the case, but that is no fault of Eyonix's. Sometimes we simply don't have juicier information to give.

That said, it has unfortunately gotten to the point where I must ask that you stop interjecting Warlock concerns in unrelated threads and harassing Eyonix as he responds to issues. This is against forum policy and we will be taking action in accordance with what is written:

Q u o t e:
Harassing or Defamatory
This category includes both clear and masked language and/or links to websites containing such language or images which:

* Insultingly refer to other characters, players, Blizzard employees, or groups of people

If a player is found to have participated in such actions, he/she will:

* Be given a warning and/or receive a temporary ban from the World of Warcraft forums, depending upon severity

I hope it does not come to that, however, as we would prefer to have a civil, open forum with you folks on the class. Let's keep things constructive and respectful, please. Thank you.

Q u o t e:
Walk a mile in the other mans shoes...

Has anyone internally actually tried to actually play a warlock at level 60, specifically in PvP conditions? Have they taken the time to evaluate the warlock skills vs other classes? Have they compared talent benefits vs other classes?

Until we have someone who actually can feel our pain, there's going to problems getting concrete information to the dev team so they can act on that information.

I don't know if anyone has brought up the idea of having correspondents similar to SWG(the only worthwhile idea that came from that bomb). But it seems to me that this would help alleviate a lot of tensions on both sides.

Yes, there is indeed someone on the development staff who has a level 60 Warlock -- predominantly Demonology specced, I believe -- and PvPs quite often. :)

Respect is earned.

Eyo, for all the good he might have done behind the scenes has been absent from this forum since before the patch notes were made public.

If he is our voice, he should be heard here as well.

If people are frustrated because they feel impotent in the face of continous disappointments, then I find that entirely understandable.

The fact that you post here before eyo even dares show his face, to me at least, speaks volumes.

I canceled 3 days ago. My only regret is that I can't cancel again. This sealed the deal.

Have a great life, blizz. I gotta get out of this destructive relationship.

I posted this rather than Eyonix for the very reason this thread was made -- he has been under a barrage of angry Warlock posts and his posting of this would have only seen a worse response, I fear. I came in as the neutral party to communicate this to you.

As I said, Eyonix is hard at work getting Demonology information for you folks next. I am sorry that you're leaving us, but I hope you understand that we're doing all we can for you here.

Oh cmon Caydiem... You respond to his post and not mine!!!

This makes me very very mad!!!

Do I have to edit my post and remove me saying that you're cool and I respect you?

Because my respect for you is leaking away like a mob with life drain being cast on it.

If you don't give my regards to Eyonix I will cook you!!! Oh wait, that would be canabalism for my alt character.

Well... you're mean!!!

Thunderbolt, I appreciate your support, but I believe addressing the concerns voiced on this thread takes precedence. :)
