I don't have clients, you're not me and it's doubtful that you spend the professional portion of your day discussing a video game with gnomes, elves and cow people. I'm guessing there are probably hundreds of other differences between being a Community Manager and whatever it is you do.

Again, I've said I don't know what you are responisble for in your day. I don't know what is expected of you in role as CM. But obviously your supervisor doesn't see communtication as something that is very important.


I'm not here to provide customer service, nor are these boards a means to receive customer service -- with the exception of the customer service and technical support forums. You must manage your expectations and avoid assumption, if at all possible.
