	Why are there so many new items coming out with +% to hit when they are completely worthless to any combat rogue and worthless to all other rogues past a certain point? For that matter, with all of the new % to hit items that are coming out, why is precision still a prerequisite for a main part of the combat tree? http://www.wowrankings.com/viewb.htm?id=57241
