There is not a single main hand weapon upgrade for rogue's in zul'garub. No daggers for rogues at all and only one sword that is not as good as Rend's or Krol Blade.
The only good weapon is off hand only and rogues will probably not be asked to roll on it so hunters/warriors can get the set.
And no the fact that rogues get weapons in Molton Core is not a valid argument. ZG is for guilds that cant yet do MC.

Rogue weapons have been added to a great number of dungeons, and battlegrounds. Some will have more and some will have less. I really can't promise that each new dungeon that comes out will have chalk full of rogue items.
As for the level of the items, that is purely risk vs. reward. Zul'Gurub isn't as challenging as Molten Core, thus the reward reflects that. Obviously if it was easier and had better loot, the incentive to go to MC wouldn't be as high.
