Lets make something clear. It is highly unlikely that pre-60 rogues will get any major changes. Pre-60 rogue is probably the most ridiculously powerful class.
Once you hit 60, I do believe there are issues, and the post-60 game for rogues is somewhat lacking.
The question becomes, do the devs feel that there is enough justifiable reason to make a change. And that is where the player feedback comes in.
In that regard, quality is good, but quantity is also important. If you see one great post about an idea, it doesn't carry much weight. If you see many great posts supporting the same idea, that is more powerful.

Q u o t e: tyren, can you PLEASE talk to the devs about warrior mace specialization? it is the only weapon specialization a warrior has that does not increase DPS. axe/sword/polearm spec are much better, and i would like to see mace spec changed to something comparable.
Unfortunately, this is the rogue forum. I'd ask that you speak with the warrior class rep for warrior specific issues.

Q u o t e: Tyren you've proven over and over again to be completely and utterly clueless when it comes to the rogue class. Talking to you about class changes is like talking to a brick wall. You obviously hate rogues and are a nerf fanboi. You're a sad excuse for a Blizzard Rep.
This is a prime example of why class balance discussions are so tough. One person can say, "right on, I agree with you," and another person could think you are completely wrong.
Part of my ideas on the rogue class comes from personal experience, reading players' concerns on the forums, and the rest of it comes from what the development team says about the rogue class.
I know that that won't satisfy everyone, but I hope everyone understands that if there's one issue that is never fully satisfied in any MMO, it is class balance.
