Subject: Drysc: Want to cut down on useless threads ?
What we need from you is simply acknowledgement of which suggestions you are submitting to devs, or at least which posts you feel are worthy of dev's consideration, and will be summarised in your 'report' to them.

Basically, just reply to those threads that you like the suggestions in, so we know we are being seen. Otherwise you will continue seeing 6 of the same suggestion in different threads, and more complaining by all the Lvl 1 alts.

Just a simple "This idea is cool, and I submitted it to the devs to see how/if we can work it into the review in a balanced way."

That way you avoid the people whining if they don't get their individual change, since they will see that it probably unbalanced the changes that WERE made, and you get rid of our speculation about if anyone is doing their jobs at Blizzard. It would also have the side effect of us discussing the things that are actually worth being considered, rather than throwing out a billion and one weak suggestions, in hope one of them gets seen.

At the same time, I have made a consolidated list of some of the more thought-through suggestions people have made:

My role within the review process is to provide information according to what changes are being made to you the player, as well as relate player concerns to the developers. I can only reiterate so often that listing specific concerns or discussing them on a personal level is not something I am going to do. I am reading through the threads here, I am indeed collecting your feedback, and I will be continuing to relate the concerns to the developers as I have been. When they have information to relate, I will be continuing to provide it to you.

Presenting your own concerns back to you will do a minimal task of adding a comfort zone, and it will do a major task of creating expectation and false hope that each concern I list or discuss is being considered as a possible change. Regardless of your personal opinion or outlook, it will happen, and that's not something I am going to set anyone up for, and is wholly unnecessary for the review process.

The review is continuing, and when I have further changes or specifics on why changes were or were not made I'll do my best to provide them in a courteous manner.

We are building a forum of extraordinary magnitude.
