I am just wondering if more information is going to be released about the modifications to Garrote. You stated in the preview that the damage was going to be increased on it.
I am just wondering if a final decision has been made as to how much it's going to increase, or if there is any ideas about it.

A lot of the changes are still soft and gooey, and not really firm enough for public consumption. We're still looking at some additional changes, and that in turn may impact other talents or abilities. So, sorry, nothing just yet.
