Please Blizzard, there's still time. Tell me you forgot to implement the stat changes to Transcendence, because there's no way you meant to leave it as it is. :( At least three of the prophecy items are flat-out better (pants, gloves, belt), and the others are marginal upgrades at best.

The Leggings of Transcendece are not as good as they should be, and before the 1.9 patch go live will be getting an additional +7 mana every 5 seconds ability.
There are no plans to change the Bindings or Handguards. I'm aware that they do not have as much mana regen every 5 seconds as some of you would like, but the these two items have other qualities that also make you a better priest.

Pauldrons of Transcendence: These have their proper resistances for 1.9 (which is 10 FR.)
Vambaces of Prophecy: They now have the stats appropriate to their item level and quality. (ie Better!)

Hrrm, yes, the Fire Resistance and Shadow Resistance on the Halo and Leggings are indeed incorrectly swapped compared to the other sets. I could fix that, but I'm betting the people who have Halos now don't want to lose their FR. This is one of those times where I think it's been in the game that way long enough and it's not something that's a strictly positive change, so I'm going to leave it as is.
