as the tittle says i get to 2101/25000 and i get the error cannot load realmlist.wtf so i can't play the test patch. iv deleted every thing and re-downloaded it and got the same thing again when trying to install so wtf do i hav to do?

We are aware of this issue and we are working on a solution to fix this problem. There is an easy workaround to this bug. Open the realmlist.wtf and at the end of the line, press <enter>. Save the file and patch again. This is how the realmlist.wtf should read:
set realmlist beta.us.logon.worldofwarcraft.com<press enter here>
