Subject: Help! Patcher Error.
When i try to patch 1.7 i keep getting this error.

The patch could not be applie because it does not match the file checksum. This problem can usually be corrected by uninstalling and reinstallying the game and then patching again.

File name: C:\Program Files\World Of Warcraft\WoWtest\realmlist.wtf

If you are unable to correct this problem, please contact Blizzard Technical Support.

Okay any ideas? I really dont feel like reinstalling WoW right now. Just wana check out the new patch and ZG.

Check the realmlist.wtf file inyour WoW directory. It should say:

set realmlist us.logon.worldofwarcraft.com

Try patching once you have that set. If you continue experiencing patching problems, let me know here.

Our compatibility department recently brought to my attention something that should fix this issue. Make sure the realmlist.wtf is the same as the one I listed above and hit <Enter> at the end of the line. Save the file after making that change and it should patch up correctly. We have already made steps to ensure this will not occur in future patches. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. Again, if you continue to experience problems even after completing the process above, post them here.
