Downloaded patch deleted old folder and still cannot even start wow.exe with the patch it was this way during the last patch as well. Do the dev's know its more than just a in game character interaction error?

Error #134 is a type of error rather than a specific error. This specific error does in fact look like a compatibity issue. Please refer to the technical support forum for help regarding this issue. They should be more helpful than I could be regarding issues like these. Here's a link:
