   There were some complications when the Blackrock characters were copied over to the Test Realms last night that we are currently working to resolve.

The reason for x's being added to the end of some of your names is to circumvent naming conflicts. Since we are copying charcters over to the Test Realms from multiple retail realms, it is possible that another character that was copied from a server other than yours is using the same name as you. If this was the case, one of the two was renamed by appending an 'x' to the end of the name.
