Will it ever, or is it fixed? This has been bugged since warlocks got there talents in beta... 26% chance to stun on each wave of Hellfire / Rain of Fire, but it doesn't.
I did notice however I kept getting IMMUNE, a lot of them, from using Rain of Fire on the 5 group of dogs in MC and apparently that was from my stuns going off. I haven't tested lately, but I'm sure rain of fire still only stuns about 4% of the time(just like hellfire) vs normal mobs. Not 26%. So why was I getting this IMMUNE from the stun trying to go off on mobs immune to stun yet it never goes off vs normal mobs.
I'm not in the test server, so can anyone tell me if this has been fix? Or can us warlocks please get a word on this talent that has been broken forever?[ post edited by Graulpwnzyou ]

This talent is currently working as intended. However, I understand that its functionality is often confused, so let me explain how the talent actually works.
When the talent states it "Gives your Rain of Fire and Hellfire spells a 13%/26% chance to stun the target for 3 sec." it means those spells have a 13%/26% chance to proc a stun over the entire course of the spell. Thus, if the spell has 4 waves of damage, the possibility of the proc is distributed over those 4 waves. This results in stun chances of:
Pyroclasm Rank 1
- Chance per wave per target: Roughly 3.3%
- Chance per target after 4 waves: Roughly 13%
Pyroclasm Rank 2
- Chance per wave per target: Roughly 6.6%
- Chance per target after 4 waves: Roughly 26%
Additionally, each of these stuns is still subject to the diminishing returns caused by repeatedly stunning a target. This means if your pyroclasm procs more than once on the same target, the second stun will be halved (so only 1.5 sec). This is why the stun often appears to wear off early.
I hope this clears up some of the confusion.
