While farming, for shards out in Azshara, I noticed this strange camera bug, seems that is only happening when I am currently Draining their Soul. Now, I may simply not be able to reproduce this error while casting any other spell, simply because they aren't a channeling type of spell and Drain Soul gives a larger window.
Now to the real bug. To produce it, one must start to cast Drain Soul on their target, hold the Left Mouse Button down to allow the Free-Look mode of the camera, then proceed to 'jerk' or pull the mouse down to make the camera look down. If done correctly, the camera will go back the point of looking straight down and you will look behind yourself, with everything upside down. I have a screenshot.

Now Hortus, since you are most likely the one to check this post, simply ask for any other imformation and I will reply with haste. Also, I will test any other situations that you ask of. On a side note, it seems it is easier to accomplish when the target is also afflicted by Curse of Shadow.

EDIT: Still could not find any worthwhile means of video compression, nonetheless, to address the issue I am still uploading the movie to FileFront.
