It has now become possible to attack opposing players through walls as long as they are within the range of the ability being used. To accomplish this, simply hit "V" to bring up the player name plates and right-click the name. It's kind of like how Alliance used to be able to cap towers from the outside. I'm not sure if that was ever really fixed or whether they just moved the Flag further from the walls.
This is most annoying when one side decides to "turtle" with their leader.
