I recently had an account security issue in which my account was banned. After it was resolved my account was unbaned. Though when i try to get onto the test realms it stills says im banned can anyone help?!
P.S. Yes i have tried redownloading
P.P.S. I have made several topics on this in which no ones has replied plz help

If your account was inactive at the time the PTR account database was updated (several weeks ago) then you will not be able to log into the PTRs at this time. We will update the account database before starting testing for the next patch (i.e. 1.13).
