hey blizzard i got two premade chars a gnome rouge and a human warrior and ive checked all the relms and every thing and notthing and i uninstaled the wowtest program and reinstaled it and it still says i got 0 copies left so blizzard please help thank you

I just checked and you clearly deleted your characters. If you delete them, you do not get new copies on the website.
