	the weapon procs do not procs off special moves anymore such as sinister strike or heroic strike is that an intended chagne or bug blizzard? the problem of lack of poison procs might be the same problem too, no? please respond to us as this change/bug is much more devastating than it seems and it makes poisons to be almost none-effective http://ctprofiles.net/2605912
