Subject: How to whisper to other server's player?

   If they're the only player with that name in the battleground, then simply "/w Player- message" is enough. The - is the key, it tells the server to find a player with that name in your battleground.

If there are two players with that name from different servers, both on your faction, then you have to type just enough of the server name to make it unique. Which on the PTRs means most of it, but on live servers shouldn't ever be more than a couple of letters.

For example if Bob from Lightbringer and Bob from Uther are both playing, you'd have to use either "/w Bob-L message" or "/w Bob-U message" to make it unambiguous. If either logs off, you can go back to just "Bob-".
