This happened after I downloaded the PTR Patch. I uninstalled it and tried again. Still didn't work. So I've deleted and Reinstalled all of WoW. I don't use any mods (All I could think of doing). Then I tried to reinstall the PTR again today sence others said it would be back up today.
Heres what it saids.
Writen above was on 7/17/06. I redownloaded it today like some GM told me to. It said I should reinstall wow so I did. . a 3rd time. It is still not working and it is the same exact error.:

You're running a VERY old version of WoW. I believe it's patch 1.5.0. You're going to need to update to the newest 1.11.2 build before patching for the test servers.

You don't need to buy a new version of WoW at all. I'd like to correct my previous statement too, it's not your regular WoW that's 1.5.0, it's the WoWTest version that's 0.5.0. Compare these two builds:
World of WarCraft (build 4449)
World of Warcraft (build 5496 current test 0.12.0)
Your client is trying to connect with a client that's 1000 builds behind. Where are you downloading the test client?
