The loading screen bar fills up, than I get this:
ERROR #132 (0x85100084) Fatal Exception
Program: C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\WoWTest\WoW.exe
Exception: 0xC0000005 (ACCESS_VIOLATION) at 001B:00418CD5
The instruction at "0x00418CD5" referenced memory at "0x8B1041E1".
The memory could not be "read".
And the game crashes. Is there a fix?

I've seen a couple people with this issue. Try deleting your entire "WoWTest" folder and reapplying the newest (build 5496) 0.12.0 patch.
