	I'm sure the ones in Naxx have been reported ad nauseum, but I also saw some at the 'invasion point' in Burning Stepps. The two spots through which the 'information packets' pass before they hit the crystal, were both little checkered cubes in the sky. They're animated graphics in other spots I have seen, so I reckon someone forgot to pull the code for the place holders out :) I.
