I was pvping in rachet and found a flagged gnome mage. I got in combat with him, every time i earthshocked him hes spells would keep casting. Also every time i did damage he would heal with no one healing him, also he used pyro blast every time, frost nova, and blink. He's name is Goodlike on test server(gnome mage).

Hi Korey,
We are aware that there are several exploitable bugs in the current build. A new build to address these issues (and many many others) is on the way. Until then continue to send in reports on any issues you encounter.
