Subject: question about posting a PTR patch mirror
it says on the policies page that A third party program is any file or program that is not a part of the World of Warcraft software, but is used to gain an advantage in the game, such as increasing your movement speed or teleporting from one place to another beyond what is allowed by game design. It also includes any programs that obtain information from the game that is not normally available to the regular player or that transmit or modify any of the game files. Normally, this classification does not include UI modifications, except those UIs that require an external application to function.

now would posting a patch mirror site fall under that catagory?
for example a website i know has the PTR 1.11 test realm patch and i was thinking about posting the mirror site so others who have problems with the blizzard downloader can have a chance of experience 1.11 before the patch comes out

   Hi Snakefitzs,

Because we can not validate software that is downloaded from a third party site we would prefer that you not post links to them here.
