For the longest time this enchant ONLY applied to spell damage. It is now both damage/healing. If this is intended, awesome, but at least fix the tooltip/wording for the enchant so that people know about the hidden change to it. (This is also working like this in 1.10 as well)

Hi Caladium,
I'm not seeing any additional healing when I have an item with the Spell Power enchantment applied.
Is this affecting a specific spell or group of spells? I tested extensively with a priest and did not receive any additional healing.
