	Every now and then, on the test realm, I'll se my character switch to the wound animation andd get hit for ~200-300 damage evven thought I have no dots, There's no one around, And it shows nothing in the combat log, But my health bar is lowered by that amount. Also, doesn't break stealth when it happens either.
