While testing master of elements (3/3) with shatter i was able to reproduce a situation where if two crits happen too close together then the second crit will not refund any mana.
to reproduce:
1. Frost Nova or get a Frostbite proc on a creature
2. Use Scorch and follow with a quick Blastwave
3. the result is the combat log will, for example, say:
Your Scorch crits Dredge Striker for 648 Fire damage.
Your Blast Wave crits Dredge Striker for 1033 Fire Damage.
You gain 45 Mana from Master of Elements.

Hi Syphin,
Thanks for the report, and for the great reproduction steps!
We've confirmed this and changes will be made to improve it in an upcomming build.
This may still occur occasionally after the changes due to a technical limitation, but it should be a very very rare occurrence.
