Subject: Trouble Patching for PTR
   for some reason when i am patching i get an error. does anybody know a way to fix this so i can play on the PTR?

it says something like

The file data is corrupt

Program: D:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\BNUpdate.exe

File: D:\Program Files\Worldofwarcraft\Data\patch.MPQ

   Hello,

Corrupt patch.mpq files in your WoWtest directory can occasionally happen after applying a new test patch. To resolve this issue, redownload the patch from the official page, delete your WoWtest folder, and repatch. This will usually work, if you're still having the problem let us know ASAP.

   Hello,

Please try redownloading the patch on the official PTR page here: http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/ptr/. This will hopefully eliminate any potential corrupted download problems causing corruption in the patch.mpq file.
