The Test Realms have again been taken offline for maintenance for an undetermined amount of time. When the servers are back online, there will be a new client-side patch that addresses many of the bugs reported since the Test Realm phase began.
In order to gain access to the Test Realms you will have to delete your WoWTest folder and re-download the newest client when it becomes available.
