WoW BlueTracker: ActionBars dont seem to work

	In the Interface menu, you can choose to place an optional ActionBar on the Lower right or Right side of the screen. I checked those options but ActionBars dont show up. If I check the Lower Left Actionbar, a duplicate ActionBar shows up above the bottom row of Icons. Is this working as intended? Thanks

	Did you have any UI mods installed prior to patching?
