Well i will comend Blizz on applying this syste there do seem to be some flaws in setting th path to distant points. I personally have only found one of two, but if you have also found one post it here.
#1: If I want to go to Feralas from Orgrimmar, the new system tries to send me through Tanaris first. Going to TB and then the Feralas would be the best path money wise, whereas going to Barrens first might be best time wise.
#2: Same issue as 1 only this occurs when heading to Freewind Post from Org, tries to send me to Gadget first. It would be better to head to Barrens first.
I'll keep trying to provide you with feedback, I just hope the dev's are listening.

When 1.10 goes live there will be a few out of the way connections. For example, if you're at Morgan's Vigil (Alliance), and want to fly to Lakeshire, the system will take you to Stormwind first.
We're aware of this and compiling a list of new flight paths that will need to be added to make things as smooth as possible. In the case I mentioned above, it will be fixed by adding a simple MV to Lakeshire route that doesn't yet exist (1.11).
For now, our feeling was that it was better to get this system in game and working rather than holding the system until some of these small connecting paths were added.
By all means, please update this thread with information regarding connecting paths that seem to be needed. We have an internal list created and if you notice any that we do not have on our list, we'll add them and try to get them in for future patches.
Also, please note any flight paths that do not connect smoothly (i.e. the Gryphon or Wyvern warps or turns too sharply).

Could you perhaps be more specific, Pita? Horde or Alliance? Is the connection system bugged or the flight that the Gryhpon/Wyvern takes?
We're aware that the Horde connecting to Light's Hope from Revantusk is not optimal. We'll be fixing this by adding a connection between those two in 1.11.
The more details you can provide us, the better we can make the system.
