As a druid that gets WTF pawned by Shamans, I want to know if the snare effect of frost shock is now dispelled by shapeshifting.
This bug has killed me (in pvp) more times than any other race/spell combination in the game. It makes it almost impossible to kite a shaman and get out of that critical 20 yard radius. And as if it isn't bad enough when it is just the shaman, if you stumble upon or get jumped by 2 horde, frost shock is a 99% money back guarantee that the druid will never be able to escape. Even a shaman half my level can shock, purge, and earthshock me.
Please tell me this bug is fixed.

This is a known issue that is going to be addressed, but unfortunately the fix will not make it into patch 1.3.0.
