WoW BlueTracker: "Send to Tim" On startup

	On startup I'm recieving some text that says "Send to Tim" it has my video card details, such as the vendor etc. So I closed Wowtest.exe and didn't enter in any of my credentials. Virus or is this safe and normal? My friend didn't recieve one so I'm being cautious
