Can I ask just 1 question? Why is a non palladin CM in charge of the pally forums and submitting are stuff to devs. You did say not one CM has an end game pally so why dont we have a cm for each class?
Blizz can definatly afford to and would make alot more sense then having someone that know nothing about endgame pallys except by watching their friends or guildys play them. Cause I dont think what we said came out of you the way it would of from us. And what you wrote as a reason really has no reasons at all.
Not a flame just really dont undersand the point.

That is not how our Community Team is set up. We have five members on the team, and nine classes in the game.
Now, mind, some of us have multiple level 60s, but we still can't cover every single class without cheating up a character. (Which we're never going to do, so please don't ask.)
The developers and our supervisors are of the mind that our team delivers feedback just fine as-is, and while we are hiring a new Online Community Representative, there are no plans to make class representatives whatsoever.
