Write-up? going through editing? back up the train here, are you saying that our talent changes, (regarding end-talent line moves specifically) AREN'T DONE???
If yes, then why did you post the talent calculator?
If no, please explain what that meant.

I'm sorry if I've been confusing with my messaging; that wasn't the intent.
Last week, I took a lot of feedback regarding the changes to the developers. Among other things, many players sought the reasons why things were changed the way they were.
Those reasons are what I wrote up after a meeting with the developers, and are currently going through our editing process before I post it. That bit is out of my hands.
I hope that's a little more clear.
