We have not announced any specifics about what changes the next patch will bring the Paladin class. I do know that the developers are working with the class, and changes are being made. In the past, we have tried to release details about what we were working on, and leaked some of the changes. The changes got revoked, reworked, and were not what we originally leaked, and that caused an outcry. In order to prevent that from happening this time, we are not going to be releasing any information until we are absolutely positive it will be making it in the game. That will most likely not happen until right before the patch is released though.
