Right now, paladins are the only class which is unable to get a 310 in skinning (and thus be able to skin level 62 and boss mobs). There are only two ways to enhance skinning...get an enchantment to gloves that gives a +5 bonus, and equip Finkle's Skinner (+10 bonus).
However, Finkle's Skinner is considered to be a dagger for purposes of weapon proficiency, which means paladins can't equip it. This means that paladins have no recourse for getting their skill above 305, unlike every other class in the game (all other classes are able to equip daggers; I've checked).
Please, look into this. Something needs to be done.
A long enough name for four paladins!
