Subject: To Fangtooth........
   Fangtooth,

Mind telling us why it took you (or any other Moderator for that matter) over 2 months to even post on the Paladin forums? and over 4 months to post anything meaningful?

Q u o t e:

I would like to clarify something beforehand: the development team is fairly happy with the current state of the Paladin. As with all classes, there will be a few necessary tweaks, but overall the class plays as it was designed.

Does anyone at Blizzard even play a Pally or are you all too busy playing your Shaman? maybe thats the reason why there has been no Moderator response, noone has really spent real time playing the class?!

Well Im here to tell you we are a broke class. We know it, alliance know it......hell even HORDE know it! But you all dont seem to have a clue.

I have one question to ask you......if Paladins are the counterpart to the Shaman then why can Shaman not only out DPS us at range but also out DPS us in melee???

Paladin - A melee oriented hybrid
Shaman - A magic oriented hybrid

Seems kind of odd that if we are the "melee" oriented counterpart, that Shaman, with thier totems, weapon enhancing spells (that cant be cleansed while our blessings can be!), and windfury, can out melee the "melee" hybrid.

I would like to think that at range the Shaman would have the upperhand but once we closed to melee range Paladins would have it but such is not the case.

Face it....Shaman can out melee, out nuke, AND out heal even a holy specced Paladin. The only thing we have that Shaman cant do is shield ourselves for 12 secs......BIG DAMN DEAL.

Until Paladins are at least EQUAL with thier "supposed" counterpart we will never be "working as intended"

Fangtooth has collected your concerns and will be meeting with the developers to discuss them later this week.

Hopefully, he'll be able to present you all with the information he receives early next week, but that's E3 week and things are really crazy in the gaming industry during that week.
