As I said, only talent changes have been posted so far and there are still quite a few unknowns.
It is still entirely plausable that evocation's cooldown will be less than 10 minutes.
It is still entirely plausable that arcane missles will have a reduced aggro built into the spell.
It is still entirely plausable that every spells damage will be upped by 10%.
Countless other changes to spells and spell mechanics are still entirely plausable.
The ONLY thing that is known right now is what the talents will be. That is it.
So stop jumping to all sorts of conclusions. Just stop.

We still have time until the PTRs. Feedback has already been collected and will continue to be so. There has been a lot of good response; critical, supportive, suggestive and otherwise.
I realize many are breathing heavy in the now, but I deal in trends and am watching the tides. Good stuff.
