Subject: I'm Shocked Tseric
That while you don't consider character names on accounts private, which by all rights is Blizzards to determine, that you clearly are naming Tessera and her alts in the hope of other people flaming her on the public forum. Why not simply follow Blizzard policy and privately deal with the matter. If she keeps getting warned and violating the policy, ban the account.

I have put in petitions about certain character actions in game, and each time I'm told actions against characters are dealt with privately, not publicly.

While I have made posts on the forum about being unhappy with the mage class and actions (or rather inactions) taken by Blizzard in relation to it, I don't necessarily agree with Tessera's point of view and have never even looked at the Mage union website. My solution to the inaction with regards to Mages was to create a different character. I now have a 60 Druid, and am levelling a Priest.

Sure, you'll tell me to complain through the wow feedback email address about your conduct? Well you didn't afford Tessera the privacy I believe she was due, so I am voicing my opinion publicly.

All I can say is I'm glad Dungeons and Dragons online is coming out in a month or two.

You had the moral high ground until you resorted to tactics such as this. It makes me think, was the suspension previously also motivated by reasons other than what you publicly stated?

I am curious... what possible constructive outcome could naming Tessera's alts have?

I will quote full, but address some points.

Because we had previously addressed the matter in full according to policy. This individual found a way to return and repeat behavior under different (but similar) auspices.

Indeed. That shall occur...again.

Tessera was afforded that privacy again and again. In fact, s/he was allowed to post on these forums until one hour ago. Tessera's original forum account was banned some time back and then they/s/he created another one and continued with the same behavior that got them banned in the first place.

I afforded too much leniency and it was used for their effect. I tried to reason and that was refuted.
Bob is my co-pilot.
