Subject: +Damage gear
Just wanted to clarify that there is no difference between items that say +20 fire damage and an item that says "...up to 20 damage". They both calculate the damage based on the length of the spell, correct?
Tip: Fix the lag on our server.

All +dmg gear operates under the same game mechanic, yes. It makes no difference if it is +frost damage or "up to ## dmg or healing".
Bob is my co-pilot.
