Ok. I'm 45, about to hit 46. I have 5 talent points saved up but no idea where to place them.
My current build is:
Arcane Talents - 16 points
Improved Arcane Missiles rank 5/5
Arcane Concentration rank 5/5
Improved Arcane Explosion rank 5/5
Evocation rank 1/1
Fire Talents - 15 points
Improved Fireball rank 5/5
Impact rank 2/5
Ignite rank 5/5
Incinerate rank 2/2
Pyroblast rank 1/1
Basically I'm stuck between the choice of getting PoM now or Blast Wave. I'm gonna be looking at either a 25/26/0 build or 26/25/0 build. I'll have one point when I hit 60 to put into either Arcane Instability or Fire Power, however, once I hit 60, I will most likely respec for arcane and frost so that might not matter to much.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

PoM is just an extremely solid ability no matter how you slice it. No comparison from my perspective.
