Subject: Cant bind mousewheel to actions...
... with up and down states.

this is the message i get when i try to bind a flexbar button to mousewheel-up or mousewheel-down. this doenst even necessarily execute an action, it could just switch the skills attributed to a button, show or hide a button, etc.

The first solution that came to mind was Microsoft IntelliMouse, but now i'm concerned this will be seen as an unapropriate 3rd party addon. I will certainly not be using it to cause intentional lag, teleport myself, or any of the other things listed on blizzard's hacks page.

Is MS IntelliMouse safe to use?
Why doesnt Blizzard give us full functionality of the mousewheel by default?

This will be allowed in 1.11, BTW.
