Whoever was responsible for the User Interface as a whole, I f'ing thank you.
You know those moments when you realize how good you have it? I just had one. I went and tried Anarchy Online's free trial. Their UI is the most unconfigurable piece of crap in existence.

I love the completely remappable input. I love the addon capacity. I LOVE THIS FRICKING INTERFACE.
In contrast, you can imagine how pissed off I am at AO.
